Following the release of the Modibbo Adama University of Technology, MAUTECH admission list, the management of the institution also released the procedure for successfully admitted candidates to collect their original admission letters.
The collection of the original copy of the admission letter commences on 31st October 2025. Candidates are advised to check the timetable for collection for their date of collection.

- JAMB admission letter (printout)
- O’level results
- Primary Certificate
- Indigene Letter
- Birth certificate / Declaration of age

- JAMB admission letter (printout)
- Diploma / NCE results
- O’level results
- Primary Certificate

- Birth certificate / Declaration of age
Timetable for Distribution of MAUTECH Admission Letter
Date: 31st October 2024 – 11th November 2024.
Time: 8:30 AM (start)
Venue: University Admissions Office.
- Faculty of Agriculture – Monday, 31st October, 2024.
- Faculty of Environmental Sciences – Tuesday, 1st November, 2024.
- Faculty of Management Sciences – Wednesday, 2nd November, 2024.
- Faculty of Physical Sciences – Thursday, 3rd November, 2024.
- Faculty of Life Sciences – Friday, 4th November, 2024.
- Faculty of Education – Monday, 7th November, 2024.
- Faculty of Engineering – Tuesday, 8th November, 2024.
- Medicine and Surgery – Wednesday, 9th November, 2024.
- Applicants are to come in PERSON (not by proxy);
- Applicants are to come along with:
- Photocopy of JAMB result slip (UTME)/Acknowledgement letter (DE) and JAMB Admission letter (Institution Copy);
- Specimen copy of MAUTECH Admission letter;
- Originals of their Credentials (O’Level result(s), A’Level result for DE candidate, Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate and Indigene Letter) for sighting and photocopies for submission;
- O’Level result(s) verification (WAEC, NECO and NABTEB); candidates are to provide an unscratched card(s) or pay the sum of 141,000.00 per card for the result(s) submitted and provide evidence of payment at the point of collection of Admission letter. The payment should be made into:
