Requirements for UCTH Schools of Nursing Form 2024/2025
- Five credits in SSCE/GCE ‘0’ Level in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry & Physics (Combination of results should not be at more than two sittings).
- Applicants should bring along a pencil, eraser, ruler, pen, original receipt issued by the cashier and certified passport photograph to the examination venue.

UCTH Schools of Nursing hereby informs all interested applicants to visit the school premises in order to participate in the ongoing application exercise for the 2024/2025 Academic session.
A non-refundable fee of N15,000 should be paid into the UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL COLLECTION ACCOUNT AT EKONDO MICROFINANCE BANK along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926.
Thereafter the teller is exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site. The official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing. UCTH along Moore Road for collection of the Application form.
UCTH School of nursing entrance examination is yet to be scheduled. Time: 10.00am prompt. Venue: Federal College of Education (Technical), off Ibusa road, Asaba (Permanent Site).
