SOME INFORMATION ABOUT GSU ADMISSION
- Admission into Law is restricted to students who made GSU their first choice. No change of institution due to limited quota.
- Candidates who chose other Universities in JAMB are advised to change their University to GSU on the JAMB portal.
- Candidates can apply for the proposed new programmes but their admission will be provisional until due approval and commencement of the programmes.
GSU Post UTME Screening Eligibility Criteria
The management of the Gombe State University also announced that the official cut off mark for the 2024/2025 academic session is 180 and above.
However, candidates who applied to other universities as first choice and wish to change institution to GUU can do so.
After you have successfully applied, you will need to present the original and photocopies of the following documents at your screening center.

Candidates who have been offered provisional admission by JAMB can either visit the GSU portal via portal.gsu.edu.ng or go to the designated location on the school premises to process their admission.
Qualified candidates are required to pay a non-refundable sum of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) only on the school online portal using any bank of your choice in order to purchase the GSU screening form.

- Login with your JAMB registration number
- Generate the REMITA Retrieval Reference (RRR]
- Make payment of N2,000
- Upload your recent passport size photograph.

After you’ve completed the online application, proceed to print out the post UTME screening schedule from the GSU Website and take note of your department’s screening date, time, and venue.
Candidates who do not report for physical screening on the designated date will be automatically disqualified.
